    For starters, I believe may have C programming knowledge. As for as HDL programming is concerned, the less you know about C, that much better you learn it faster. This isn't to frighten you or not to mean that C programmers shouldn't or couldn't l. ECE deals with system-on-chip and embedded control in electronic design. The course was taught from by Bruce Land, who is a staff member in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
